Cameron`s Swing time

 Two layouts of Grandson Cameron.

The first I did some blending and fading with the main photo, then it was added to a frame and I tucked some beautiful flowers behind it

The second I had a play with some of the Artist frames, love these as all the work is done for you, just love the faded look it gives the photo

Keaton`s day out at Penarth

 A double page spread to remember our day out at Penarth

I took a photo of the pebble beach, I took this into craft artist and faded it to turn into a background.

I then enlarged and cropped a photo of the pier, this I then faded and added to the top of the page.

I took the photos turned them into frames cropped until I was happy with them , then i feathered the edges of each photo before arranging on my layout

This one has the pier removed again I have turned the photos into frames and feathered the edges.

I then added text to a tag to remind us of our day on the pier

MY Daughter captured this photo of Keaton over the weekend, he was resting his head on the arm of the chair while she was talking to him, she snapped it quick with her mobile.

I love it so much it had to be my next layout

New puppy savvi

Here is our new Puppy savvi

He is a Chihuahua Yorkshire Terrier  Cross.

 They are know as Chorkies.

This was his first evening with us, He was only 11 weeks old today he is 14 weeks and has had a;ll his injections and has been enjoying his first week of going for walks.

he is still a bit nervous of car noises and people he does not know, who all want to stop and fuss him.

But is doing well, and has gotten very used to his new home.

I am sure this will be the first of many layout, I just wanted to record his first few hours as the new member of this family

Sand Pit Fun

Second one today 

Again its my little model,( better watch out he might start charging me),This was taken a few weeks ago in the spring in that sunny week that was our summer 

He had the sand pit for his birthday and not had much chance to use it thanks to all the rain we have during his visits

Scooter Fun

This is two year old Keaton learning to ride his new Scooter, He soon got the hang of it after a few goes.

I Can swim

We were taking a weekend break at Bucklegrove.

Keaton spent and hour or more in the pool everyday

At The Beach and Play Time

A few more Layouts.

The first two are from a visit to Barry Island on Good Friday.

Keaton had a great time playing in the sand with his bucket and spade

Both Keatons Granddad and Daddy are keen skateboarders,It  looks like Keaton is going to follow them.

He loves it when grampy holds him on the board and skates along

Pillow box Challenge

Over on Daisy Trail One of the challenges for this week was to design and make a pillow box

So I used the template on Craft Artist Platinum And added my Background papers and elements until I was happy with my design  

Then the fun bit printing out and making up my Pillow box.

I added some green ribbon trim to keep the box closed .
